HrM 2day WoKE up 10am den decided i hav to do some running den was thinkin where should i go to run...den in the end decided to go sch and run 1 round arn the sch premises which is lyk 3.3km haha...den i can also do some swimming before and after tat runnin to warm up and cool dwn myself....
REacH sch lyk 11am den i swam 12-15 laps lyk tat den change to running gear...and OFF i am to run....hrm i tink i only rAn 2.6km or so only the rest 0.7km i walked hehe....too lonh nvr run la...hehe....den go SPGG dere did 7pull-up den did my standing broad jump am i got 245cm wahaha so happy man 2 days b4 i only got 230cm hehe....
den later went back to the pool to swim again....while swimmin tis regular student swimmer kinda entered the pool and paced swimming wif me...i am usin a pull buoy (a float tat makes my leg float and not use leg for kicking purpose) and he is usin his whole body to swim...when i noticed him tat he tried pacin wif me, i increase my pace and stroke length so tat i can be faster but wth he kick even faster to catch up wif me sia lolx....den i fed up....slowly jus pace wif him 1st so tat i can conserve my energy later to leave him behind haha....but i was kinda shagged jus trying to pace wif him but i tell myself dun give up cos i am a SASA swimmer b4 so cant lose face hehe....so when i got mY EnErGy CHArged Up lyK Energiser, i took off lyk crazy and left him dazzled....haha i was lyk everylap increase distance by 5m lyk tat ...haha den i so happy tat i noe i faster den him den i stopped hehe....cos i vry tired haha....SwAm lYk 20Laps hehe den i left to bath....Hehe TyPiN tis bLOg i Feel the ache in my body hahaha so shiok sia...i love tis kinda ache man....so long nvr hav tis feelin liao hehe.....u GuyS might b tinking i am CraZy rite??? hehe :P
Den Eliz msg me....She ask am i doin work? den i said no and why? den she said she bored and couldnt get Minz so msg me.....so MinZ u must b FeeLin GuIlTy Ya lolx....i also cannot contact MinZ loh hehe she is still in lala~ land haha....ZZzzzzZZ!!!
Eliz sianz...so i say i jus finished swimming and mInz wanna see my PuPs at home so i met Eliz and asked her wanna come my house see the pups and call MiNz along too....but MiNz couldnt make it inthe afternoon and she also say tat she dun want to see the pups if its eyes are still not open haha....funny rite? i GUeSS when the PuPs eyes are openin soon, i hav to call her asap den she some and see the pups and jus nice e pups eyes are fully open tat time the pUps Will Call MinZ "MUmMy WooF..." lolx....muahahaha but too bad she couldnt make it to see the pups...so Eliz went to see it 1st haha....
Eliz so scared lyk tat haha....i put a pup in a palms and she lyk frozed in place lolx...her face tells everything tat she is afraid of somethin den i ask her wat is it and she said she scared tat she might drop the puppy haha....bcos of it, she also dun dare to "SaYanG" the puppy haha....den i hav to help her hold the pup den she will SaYanG it lolx...den she also sayang the Mother dog haha....lolx....e dog lyk so stunned when eliz sayang her muahaha the both of dem "Hu Siang 'together' STUNNED" lolx.... den when we abt to leave, Eliz heard somethin, da dum......she said she heard someone talkin BUT BUT dere was no one at home.....muahahahahahahahahahahahaha.....OpPs did i say there was a parrot in my hoUSe ALso...hehe...it SpoKE and eLiz thought dere was someone dere haha.....
Later i sent her home.....AiDiOs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
